Assisted Travel and Transport is help getting where you need to go — safely, comfortably, and on time. Whether it’s a medical appointment, a social outing, or running errands, we make the journey easier and less stressful.

It can include:

This service is suited to people who:

  • Are NDIS participants with transport funding in their plan
  • Cannot drive or use public transport independently
  • Need support during the journey, not just the ride
  • Want to be more active, social, or engaged in their community
  • Need a friendly, confident support person to help them get out and about
  • Are an NDIS participant, or may be eligible for NDIS funding
  • Have regular medical or community commitments to get to
