What is Daily Living & Life Skill Support?

Daily Living and Life Skillssupport is about building the everyday capabilities that make independentliving possible — cooking, cleaning, budgeting, transport, communication, and the dozens of small skills that add up to a confident, self-directed life.

It covers a range of practical, day-to-day support, and can include:

  • Cooking, meal planning, and food safety
  • Budgeting, banking, and managing money
  • Using public transport and getting around
  • Communication and self-advocacy
  • Learning how to access the community with greater independance
  • Managing appointments and personal admin
